We offer Flat shipping rates
Expedited Shipping (4 to 5 Business Days ): $6.99
Express Shipping (2 to 3 Business Days): $17.99
Shipping method: All orders are shipped with tracking.
- Orders placed through our website usually ship within 1-2 business days Mon to Fri
- We deliver your order straight to your address according to your location, transit time can be between 3-4 Business days Mon To Fri.
Order tracking
Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 1-2 business days of the above processing time, please check your spam folder.
International Shipping

Additional duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us at: info@honyza.com, if you decide to cancel the order. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have already been shipped.
CHANGE ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER:
If you would like to change your address, you will need to contact us at: info@honyza.com, and update us with the new delivery address. After the order is shipped, we will no longer be able to change the shipping address.
Delivered but Not Received
If the shipping carrier (USPS or other) marks an order as “Delivered”, the order is considered
successfully delivered.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received, including but not limited to theft after delivery, delivery to an incorrect mailbox or location by the carrier, or packages left unattended.
In such cases, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a Missing Mail request or claim. We will gladly provide any information required to assist with the carrier’s investigation.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES :
Please check all items thoroughly after receiving them. Sometimes your items may be damaged in transit. When this happens, we just need you to send an email and damage photos within 5 days of the shipping date. Any damaged or missing items reported after 5 days will not be refunded. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all shipping issues have been resolved. Email us at: info@honyza.com, so that we can work with you to resolve the issue.
